With buying a product at Wanna buy some bugs, you agree to the terms and conditions.
Price and payment
The pricing of the products in this webshop are non-negotiable.
Payment for the products in this webshop will be completed through PayPal. If it's possible to add iDeal someday for my Dutch clients, I will do that.
Cancellation
Cancellation of your products bought at Wanna buy some bugs is not possible. If the payment is completed, the product is yours. It is not possible to return you products to get a refund.
Shipping
Wanna buy some bugs ships their products to EU countries, Switzerland and the UK.
The information you filled out at the checkout will be used for the shipping label. Providing Wanna buy some bugs with the correct shipping information is your own responsibility. If you made a mistake, please contact Wanna buy some bugs as soon as possible, maybe we can still change it. We don't make any promises here. As soon as the shipping label is paid for, there's no way to change it back.
Shipping will be at the buyers risk. There's a possibility to get insured shipping. Add that to your basket and your products will be insured in case of damage/loss. In case anything gets damaged, please contact Wanna buy some bugs to inform us.
All shipping is tracked. You will get the tracking information in your email as soon as the shipping label has been paid for by Wanna buy some bugs.
It can take up to 5 business days for your order to get send out.
